This notice covers requests sent through the Cresting Clouds website. We use the details you share to prepare and arrange your technical walkthrough.
What you share
The form asks for your name, work email, company, team size, current delivery setup, and what you would like to improve. You can also share environment details and a preferred time. Please leave out passwords, access tokens, and Salesforce customer records.
How the request is handled
Requests are stored in our private lead inbox. Vercel hosts the website, and Upstash stores requests in a dedicated database. Pushover alerts us to a new request using your company name; the alert does not contain your name, email, or the details of your delivery workflow.
To limit automated submissions, the form uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier. The lead record does not store your IP address. Hosting providers may process technical request information to operate and protect the website.
